Architectural Project Manager - OKC Office
Beck Design is a design-centered architectural practice with offices in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and New York City. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our Oklahoma City office and lead a diverse portfolio of meaningful, design-driven projects.
Position Overview
The Architectural Project Manager will provide leadership throughout all phases of project delivery, from design through construction. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and quality while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is committed to delivering innovative design solutions and maintaining Beck Design's longstanding reputation for exceptional client service.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
-
Current architectural license required
-
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience on medium- to large-scale architectural projects

Strong knowledge of the architectural design process, building codes, construction detailing, and all phases of architectural services

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills
-
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering strong client and consultant relationships

Project Architect - OKC Office

Position Overview

Coordinate the production of Construction Documents and ensure integration of project design goals.

Lead creative detailing and project organization in collaboration with firm leadership.

Coordinate with consultants and project team members.

Participate in client meetings and communications.

Conduct site visits and field observations.

Support Construction Administration activities as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Current architectural license preferred

Minimum of 5 years of project experience on medium- to large-scale architectural projects
