Downstream Casino Resort
Beck Design served as the architectural design consultant for the expansive Downstream Casino Resort in Quapaw, Oklahoma, working in collaboration with the Quapaw Nation and the project's development team.
Completed in 2008, the resort spans over 300,000 square feet and includes a gaming floor, hotel tower, multiple restaurants, a spa, retail space, and event venues.
Beck Design played a key role in shaping the architectural character of the resort—blending regional influences with contemporary hospitality design to create a destination that celebrates culture, luxury, and entertainment. The design incorporates warm natural materials, bold structural forms, and a cohesive interior palette to deliver a high-impact guest experience across all touchpoints.
Key spaces, including the grand lobby, high-limit gaming areas, and the signature hotel tower, were designed to reflect the identity and heritage of the Quapaw Nation while meeting modern expectations for resort amenities.
Beck Design’s contributions helped establish Downstream Casino Resort as a premier entertainment hub in the Four-State region, balancing cultural storytelling with timeless architectural elegance.
