New Dominion Parking Structure

The proposed structure features a steel frame and a material palette of treated wood cladding and fritted glass, bringing warmth and visual interest to the building’s exterior. Beyond parking, the design incorporates an indoor conference room and an outdoor deck, creating flexible spaces for gathering and collaboration. The design brings a more intentional architectural expression to a traditionally utilitarian building type through its material palette and integrated gathering spaces.
