The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) Digital Innovation Lab is a collaborative environment designed to advance the future of healthcare through technology. Bringing together data scientists, physicians, and engineers, the lab supports the development and testing of software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital health tools that accelerate clinical research and improve patient outcomes.
Beck Design transformed the existing space into a flexible, high-performance workplace with open lab areas, private offices, enhanced circulation, and specialized support spaces including cold room and freezer storage. The lab also accommodates testing for wearable technology, mobile health applications, and remote patient monitoring systems.
While the facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, the design prioritizes the human experience. Natural light fills the interiors wherever possible, creating an inviting and productive environment, while OMRF's signature blue reinforces the organization's identity throughout the space. The result is a modern research hub that fosters innovation, collaboration, and discovery.
