Santa Fe South Charter School
Beck Design served as the architectural and interior design lead for the renovation and adaptive reuse of the former Crossroads Mall into the new campus for Santa Fe South Charter Schools in Oklahoma City.
Completed in 2020, this project transformed a vacant retail space into a vibrant educational facility serving middle and high school students. Beck Design led the master planning, programming, and design, repurposing the former mall into a community-centered learning environment.
The facility incorporates classrooms, science labs, administrative offices, gathering spaces, and athletic areas within the existing structure. Strategic interventions introduced natural light and intuitive wayfinding, enhancing the student experience. The project demonstrates Beck Design’s expertise in adaptive reuse, delivering a flexible, cost-effective educational environment that supports both student success and community engagement.
