The Langston University – Tulsa Allied Health Facility is a 17,000 square foot addition to the University’s Tulsa campus that directly advances LU’s mission to enhance healthcare education in North Tulsa.
Opened in March 2023 as a Vision Tulsa–funded economic development project, the building provides simulation labs equipped with AI‑powered high-fidelity mannequins, spacious classrooms, a lecture hall, conference and meeting rooms, and administrative offices, all centered around experiential learning and workforce development.
The facility, formally dedicated as the Jack Henderson Allied Health Building in August 2024, was built with three explicit objectives: “to enhance access to education in Tulsa, to meet the needs of the healthcare workforce, and to reduce health disparities in North Tulsa.”
