Chisholm Creek Hotel Concept

As part of the visionary Chisholm Creek development in north Oklahoma City, the hotel concept was designed to establish a hospitality anchor within a dynamic, mixed-use district. While the project was not ultimately constructed, the design helped illustrate how a contemporary hotel could enhance the development’s mix of retail, dining, office, and residential uses by offering a seamless guest experience that connected visitors directly to the energy of Chisholm Creek.

The concept envisioned a boutique-style hotel featuring flexible meeting spaces, a vibrant ground-floor lobby and restaurant, and outdoor amenities oriented toward the pedestrian-friendly heart of the development. By integrating modern architectural forms with warm, approachable materials, the design struck a balance between urban sophistication and Oklahoma hospitality. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, rooftop views, and outdoor gathering terraces emphasized the connection between the hotel and the district’s active public realm.
