ON3 Auditorium
Transforming a destination
As part of the expansive ON3 redevelopment, Prism Capital Partners is transforming the existing auditorium within a former Hoffmann-LaRoche tower into a central destination for the entire ON3 campus. Nestled in the heart of this mixed-use, next-generation hub, the auditorium, which originally seated 350, will be revitalized to serve as a shared gathering venue for tenant organizations, community events, and campus-wide programming.
The comprehensive design aims at fostering a renewed sense of place and identity, creating a “campus heart” that goes beyond conventional architectural expectations.
The exterior façade will be reinvigorated with a refreshed architectural vocabulary that aligns with ON3’s evolving character as a live-work-play ecosystem, drawing inspiration from its life sciences heritage and forward-looking urban aesthetic. Inside, the vision includes modernized performative and technological enhancements. Upgraded acoustics, modular seating, state-of-the-art audiovisual systems, and improved circulation ensure the space meets the dynamic needs of both formal campus assemblies and informal gatherings.
By activating this auditorium as a versatile campus centerpiece, the redesign supports ON3’s strategic vision to foster connectivity, creativity, and community engagement across its diverse tenant base. The renewed venue will elevate experience, reinforce branding, and strengthen placemaking within the ON3 lifecycle.
