Tulsa Honor Academy
Beck Design served as the architectural and interior design lead for the new Tulsa Honor Academy High School campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Completed in 2022, the project transformed a former big-box retail building into a dynamic educational facility designed to support the Academy’s rigorous college-preparatory mission.
Beck Design led programming, space planning, and full interior and exterior renovation design, working closely with school leadership to align the facility with the values of academic excellence, discipline, and student empowerment. The design emphasizes openness, natural light, and clarity of circulation, with flexible learning environments that include classrooms, science labs, collaborative breakout zones, a multipurpose cafeteria, and administrative offices.
Bold yet cost-effective material selections support long-term durability and visual identity, while custom graphics and signage reinforce the school’s culture of high expectations. Beck Design’s transformation of the existing structure into a vibrant, purpose-driven academic environment reflects the firm’s ability to creatively adapt space for mission-focused institutions and growing communities.
