OU South Campus Master Plan
Beck Design developed the University of Oklahoma South Campus Master Plan to support the University's continued growth and expanding technology-focused programs.
The comprehensive plan establishes a framework for future development through thoughtfully organized circulation, tree-lined boulevards, generous green spaces, and strategically located parking that enhances both accessibility and the campus experience.
At the heart of the master plan is the National Weather Center campus, home to the Advanced Radar Research Center and the National Weather Association, reinforcing OU's leadership in weather and atmospheric science. North of the National Weather Center, the plan organizes the Stephenson Research and Technology Center alongside landscaped parking areas and designated sites for future research and innovation facilities.
The master plan creates a cohesive vision for a dynamic academic and research environment that supports collaboration, innovation, and long-term campus growth while strengthening the character of OU's South Campus.
