Washington Public Schools Master Plan
Beck Design partnered with Washington Public Schools to develop a comprehensive campus master plan that provides a clear framework for future growth.
The plan enhances the student experience, strengthens campus identity, and supports the district's long-term academic and athletic goals through strategic, phased development.
The master plan includes a new elementary school, multipurpose building, media center, fine arts building, and expanded indoor athletic facilities. Athletic improvements feature new baseball and softball fields, track and field facilities, batting cages, a press box with concessions, and a ticketing plaza. Additional campus enhancements include expanded parking, improved roadways, updated signage, and thoughtfully integrated landscaping.
By balancing new construction with the adaptive reuse of historic buildings, the master plan preserves the district's heritage while creating a more connected, accessible, and forward-looking campus. The result is a flexible, cohesive vision that supports Washington Public Schools' evolving needs and serves students, staff, and the community for years to come.
