With BWBR serving as healthcare planning consultant, our team has created a multi-specialty ASC and medical office building that serve as the cornerstone of a new standard in ambulatory care delivery.

The project exemplifies our expertise in designing high-performance environments that seamlessly integrate clinical precision with a welcoming, hospitality-inspired experience.

Grounded in our deep understanding of healthcare design, the project merges advanced medical planning with an architectural language that embodies the Saint Francis Health System brand. The exterior features refined materials and forms that reflect the institution’s identity, while the interior planning supports seamless patient flow and staff efficiency. By balancing clinical precision with hospitality-driven design elements, we ensure that the facility feels both highly functional and deeply human.

Built on a modular planning system and adaptable building chassis, the design anticipates future growth and evolving community health needs. This forward-thinking approach allows for easy expansion and the integration of new specialties over time. The resulting prototype is not only a benchmark for ambulatory care excellence but also a model adaptable to future Saint Francis facilities, further underscoring our commitment to innovative, resilient healthcare design.
