Our approach focused on enhancing architectural character, refining interior details, and preserving the essence of what makes the Skirvin uniquely Oklahoman.

For over a century, the Skirvin Hotel has stood as one of Oklahoma City’s most treasured landmarks and a symbol of the city’s rich history and evolving urban vitality. Most recently refreshed through a comprehensive $22 million renovation, the Skirvin’s transformation carefully balanced historic preservation with modern hospitality needs, revitalizing guest rooms, public spaces, and event venues while honoring the hotel’s iconic architectural legacy.

This work reflects the shared vision of community leaders and designers to ensure that the Skirvin continues to serve as a vibrant social and cultural centerpiece in downtown Oklahoma City.
