Beck Design transformed the Conference Center and corridors within the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation’s Chapman Building into a modern, collaborative environment that reflects OMRF’s mission of innovation.
At the heart of the renovation is a sophisticated lecture hall featuring state-of-the-art presentation technology, enhanced acoustical paneling, and a striking presentation wall. Enlarged cell culture imagery introduces vibrant color and reinforces the organization’s scientific identity through thoughtfully integrated interior branding.
The project also improved circulation, expanded restroom facilities, and refreshed the interiors with new lighting, paint, doors, ceiling treatments, and flooring throughout. Café-style collaboration nooks were incorporated into common areas, creating welcoming spaces for informal meetings and interaction.
The result is a cohesive, high-performing environment that enhances the experience for researchers, staff, and visitors while celebrating the pioneering work taking place within OMRF.
